1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste Chopped parsley or green pepper, horseradish or mustard may be added if desired. Combine ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitted top. Shake well before using. Use as desired.
